Copy Right...
Many people ask us about duplicating copyrighted material. The law is very specific about what can and cannot be legally duplicated.
Unless you create the program yourself, it is probably copyrighted by someone else. You may use these materials for your own "personal use," but your rights do not extend to making additional copies.
Make sure that you own the copyright or have a license to duplicate any material you provide to us. We check masters for copyright and will not duplicate any material found to be in violation. You can face serious penalties and fines for asking us to duplicate copyrighted material.
We take this issue very seriously and we do not duplicate copyrighted material , except as allowed by law.
In accordance with industry policies, Belowzer0 requires anti-piracy paperwork to be completed for all CD, CD-ROM and DVD replication orders. The paperwork is designed to ensure that the person or organization submitting the material for replication either owns the copyright to the material or has received permission from the copyright holder to duplicate the material.
The forms require information about the person or organization submitting the material, the copyright holder, the type of information on the disc and how it will be used.
You should fill out this form carefully and accurately. This information is required for the protection of both you and us. The penalties for duplication of copyrighted material can be severe.
